Hi! Let me introduce myself, I am Sarah Bloom (Loveless) and went to school at CTC in Frederick,MD and became certified cosmetologist in 2016. I have been doing hair since and then certified in NovaLash Eyelash extensions in 2017. In addition to eyelash extensions I also provide lash lift and tints for lashes and brows!
